Ahhh! MTV released their performers list for the 2017 VMAs, and this year is going to be a blast! Get ready to jam to performances from Miley Cyrus, Lorde, and more!We are so damn excited! It was exciting enough to find out thatKaty Perrywould be hosting the MTV Video Music Awards on August 27, but now we’ve got the full list of performers. The epic show features performances from:Miley Cyrus,The Weeknd,Fifth Harmony,Shawn Mendes,30 Seconds To Mars,Ed Sheeran, andLorde!Oh, and of course…Katy! There may be more announcements to come! The news was broken in a series of cheeky tweets from MTV, so we’ll be keeping an eye on any more surprises.This is such a sure sign that the 2017 VMAs are going to be bangin’ as it returns to The Forum in Inglewood, California. The MTV tweets also hinted at what the artists will be performing. It looks like we’ll hear “Greenlight” from Lorde. We can’t waitto find out what else we’re getting treated to! VMA nominations were released in June, so we already had a bit of an idea of who would be there. With Katy hosting and nominated for an award, we can’t help but wonder (like the rest of the world) if she’llfinally reunite and clear the airwithTaylor Swift.
